Activities Booking Terms and Conditions

o   All water activities are subject to weather conditions. Activities may be delayed or cancelled based on weather forecasts.

o   Customers are advised to carry their booking voucher and a photo ID proof at the time of the activity.

o   Booking slots will be communicated one day prior to the activity via phone call or message.

o   The Company does not own or manage all hotels, cruises, or vehicles provided in the package. Guests must adhere to the terms and conditions set by these providers.

o   The booking does not include any transportation or accommodation.

o   For cancellations and refunds of advance payments, the Company’s cancellation policy will apply.

o   Unused activities due to delays or cancellations of cruises or flights are non-refundable if not informed within 24 hours of the confirmed date.

o   Guests with past medical records should inform the guide or activity center before commencing the activity.

o   Once an activity is booked, further discounts are not possible, even if the system shows a lower cost for the same item. The Company reserves the right to adjust activity and adventure costs according to market policies.

o   No rescheduling of tours is allowed once the booking is confirmed. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate offers at its discretion without prior notice.

o   The Company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests while engaging in activities or services offered by third parties (e.g., bike/cab rentals, water activities like scuba diving, seawalk, parasailing, etc.).

o   The Company is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings.

o   Any disputes arising from bookings and this policy shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

o   The Company reserves the right to take legal action for defamation or libel under civil and criminal laws for any negative comments made about the Company on social media, review sites, or other media.

The Company may seek exemplary damages and compensation, in addition to penal action, for such imputations.
